I was all excited about trying out the new browser from Google only to be redirected to the standard Google search page. Come on Google, it was up earlier this morning. Give us another shot at downloading this exciting new browser.
In the meantime, here is some more information on this new offering by Google.
**Update. Yes! It’s back online. If you are running Windows I highly recommend picking this up.
Next step: Release for Mac.

why do you highly recommend it? and is it worth going out of our way (for us mac users) to load up windows and test it out?

Howdy Oscar! I like this because of how it treats each tab as a separate process. I have the occasional problem of browser hang and Chrome would give me the ability to kill the offending page without dumping all tabs. I also like the option of turning any site into an application. This is possible on the Mac with a third party utility (Fluid). Now it is included with Chrome. Once the Mac version is released, bye-bye Fluid.
I would wait for the Mac version instead of installing Win on your Mac etc etc. If you already have Win loaded, I think it is definitely worth a look.

Sup Ziggs. haha well yeah I read a lot more about this, in fact I went through their 35+ comic book. Frankly the idea sounds great and i can’t wait to try it out but the privacy concerns really got me this time.
I’m usually one of the guys that says go for it, who cares, you have no privacy anywhere. But there are some beyond-the-norm things listed in the user agreement and similar docs that really make me uneasy.
I guess I’ll be waiting for the Mac version to see how it goes.
